All students need to be registered by May 15, 2012 to be guaranteed transportation by the start of school on August 2, 2012.

A Tucson Unified School District service learning magnet that combines community service with academic learning, small class size, hands-on learning, individualized instruction and a comprehensive curriculum. 

Howenstine High Magnet School will be featured February 4th, on KGUN 9 News at 10's new series "What's Awsome About Your High School?" 

Howenstine High Magnet School (HHMS) is a Service Learning Magnet

with a small diverse campus in the Tucson Unified School District. 

Developing programs in urban planning,

sustainability, community planning,

construction, business and green technologies - 

solar, wind, bio-diesel, watershed management,

computer aided drafting and architectural design.
